This ensures that we only employ people who demonstrate personality traits aligned to the values of our business (integrity, service excellence, industry leadership, valuing people and respecting diversity).A substantial investment is made in the training and development of our Cash In Transit and Cash centre employees, so as to ensure that service delivery expectations are met and that safety procedures are adhered to. Our training programmes are world-class and comply with PSIRA, SASSETA and SAPS requirements. The culture of SBV is to firstly to protect its people and then to inspire and motivate them and thus protect the assets that we are entrusted with.
