Supporting our SBV community during Covid-19 and beyond
As an essential service provider, we remain fully operational during the lockdown period. Each one of our centres has done an incredible job to ensure that we live up to our Vision and Mission. We have ensured that all measures have been put in place to mitigate the risk of Covid-19 and that our customer requirements have been met. Because we have been able to Keep Money Moving, communities have been able to draw cash to buy essential items for day-to-day living.
As we try to keep our families safe, we are witnessing the world around us undergoing exponential changes and our responsibilities may feel overwhelming at times. There are many people who need a helping hand – whether you are at home self-isolating, a parent or you are taking care of elderly and other family members.
SBV Community Information portal for our employees
It is important during this time that employees have access to information on where to get help. This section of the website has been set up to assist SBV employees as an additional communication channel during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Remember! You can also register on the employee Communication Platform to receive SMS company updates. SMS your employee number and the name of your network to 37043.
Namibia and Lesotho employees can register on the Wow platform by sending a WhatsApp from their phone with their employee number and mobile network to +27 (0)76 709 0322 e.g.12345 Telecom.
“I am proud to be a part of SBV. We continue to work together during the various levels of lockdown to Keep Money Moving for the country. Thank you for your hard work and team effort.”
